Vintage Photos

This is a great picture I found with my Nan's things. From left- my very handsome Pop Frank, my Uncle and his girlfriend, my Great Nanna, my Nan Dot and four friends.

My Nan looks so glamorous here with her pearls and shift dress. She was a smoker until I was a teenager and in so many of the photos I've found she is holding a cigarette. I am not a smoker and we were all thrilled when she quit. It took her a while though and my Pop often saw swirls of smoke coming out from behind the pantry door where she used to hide. She thought he didn't know.
